As a responsible food business operating under Indian law, we follow a strict <strong>No Return<\/strong> policy for perishable items in accordance with the <strong>Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI)<\/strong> guidelines.<\/p><p>Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Products Eligible for Return or Replacement<\/h2><p>Due to the <strong>perishable nature<\/strong> of our products, returns are <strong>not allowed<\/strong> except under the following specific conditions:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The item delivered is <strong>damaged<\/strong>, <strong>spoiled<\/strong>, or <strong>expired<\/strong> at the time of delivery<\/li>\n\n<li>You receive a <strong>wrong item<\/strong> that does not match your order<\/li><\/ul><p>In such cases, you may request a replacement or refund, subject to verification.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Non-Returnable Items<\/h2><p>The following items are strictly <strong>non-returnable<\/strong>:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sweets, bakery products, snacks, and other perishable food items<\/li>\n\n<li>Products that have been consumed or tampered with<\/li>\n\n<li>Items not stored as per recommended conditions after delivery<\/li><\/ul><p>This policy complies with the <strong>FSSAI<\/strong> and <strong>Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020<\/strong> which allow sellers of perishable goods to deny returns under hygiene and safety standards.<\/p><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Refund Process<\/h2><p>If your return request is approved, we offer the following options:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Full or partial refund<\/strong> to the original payment method<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Store credit or coupon<\/strong> for future purchases<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Replacement of the item<\/strong>, subject to availability<\/li><\/ul><p>Refunds will be processed within <strong>5\u20137 business days<\/strong> of approval.<\/p><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
