5. Payment

6. Delivery Policy

7. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

As per FSSAI and food safety regulations, the return of perishable food items (e.g., sweets, bakery goods) is not allowed unless:

  • The item is spoiled, expired, or delivered in a damaged condition.
  • A complaint with photographic proof is filed within 24 hours of delivery.

In such cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

Cancellation:

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled if preparation or dispatch has begun.
  • Early cancellations (before processing) may be eligible for a refund after deducting applicable charges.

8. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for illegal activities
  • Misrepresent identity or provide false information
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
